Which organizations have heart for their ict workers?
Every year Computable investigates how employers are doing for their ict workers. This survey is conducted among both ict and non-ict organizations. Ict-employees rate their employer on sixteen parts. From all partial results Computable distils an average final grade per organization. The results will be published in the annual Computable Career Guide that will appear from June 20, 2023. The Employer Survey will run through January 25, 2023 and will be conducted on behalf of Computable by Enigma Research.
Anyone working in an ict position can rate his or her own employer on various aspects. These include things like responsibilities, appreciation, career perspective, training opportunities, salary (growth) and company culture. In addition, ICT professionals rate their employer on ICT topics that they are involved in during their work. Think about subjects such as artificial intelligence, data management, digitalization, security and software development.
