GoodtobeBetter, Fincade and Stradis merge
GoodtobeBetter, Fincade and Stradis continue together under a new name: The Trainee Company. Under this banner, traineeships in it, finance and healthcare will be offered. As well as managed services from the Stradis corner. A total of over two hundred people work for the Bunnik-based merged company, which is financially supported by investor and majority shareholder Quadrum Capital.
The current labels will remain as part of The Trainee Company until the integration is complete. The company targets graduates and aims to bridge the gap between graduation and the start of a successful career with its training offerings and expertise.
The merged company has ambitious growth plans, says director Martijn Blok. 'We have been successful for years in training trainees focused on business & it, healthcare and finance & control. The scale we create by joining forces enables us to expand this and organize traineeships for other specializations, such as data.'
According to investor Quadrum Capital, The Trainee Company is acting in a growing niche and the training institute for recent graduates is responding to the structural shortage in the labor market.
In addition to the traineeships, Stradis continues to offer managed services under the umbrella of The Trainee Company. These include workplace management, network management and systems management.
