Paragin Group, with support from Main Capital, is acquiring Uden-based Coachview, provider of course administration software. This SaaS solution forms the heart of administration for trainers. The platform offers a modular and configurable solution that fits the needs of any commercial training institution.
The edtech company from Nijkerk wants to broaden its range of solutions for competence, knowledge and talent development. Paragin comes from the corner of digital tests, while CoachView offers systems to efficiently manage education and training institutions.
Together with Coachview, Paragin claims to be the most complete supplier for commercial training institutions supporting "lifelong learners" every step of the way. Last year it already acquired Sowiso, supplier of an online testing environment for science subjects.
Main Capital has big plans for Paragin. The Hague-based software investor wants to build the company into a leading European edtech provider with innovative solutions that address changing needs throughout the learning journey.
