In halls 10, 11 and 12 of Jaarbeurs. Upon entering the hall complex, clear direction is given to the entrance and exhibition floor of NOT 2025.

It is not possible to pay cash at the NOT. You can only pay by pin. This also applies to the checkroom (€2.50).

The NOT will take place in Jaarbeurs in Utrecht from January 21 to 25, 2025. The program on the NOT Mainstage and in various theaters cannot be followed remotely.

On the exhibition floor of the NOT, including right after the entrance, you will find large floor plans showing the locations of exhibitors, theaters and other activities present.

In addition, an interactive map will be available in the event platform one week before the start of NOT. Click here to download the event platform on your mobile and discover all the benefits of the platform.

The best and most sustainable way to get to NOT in Jaarbeurs is by public transportation. Jaarbeurs is located in the heart of Utrecht, right next to Utrecht Central Station. Within a few minutes walk you are in the hall complex where the NOT takes place.

Coming by car? Then use the parking facilities at P2, P4, P6 or one of the P&R lots in the area.

Trade show IPON has been the event in the field of educational renewal, innovation and educational technology (EdTech) for more than 14 years. The purpose of IPON is to present the use of the latest applications within education in an innovative and creative way to education.

IPON.nl is the education innovation and ICT knowledge platform for education professionals. The platform is a source of information and inspiration for them with relevant white papers, articles and cases.

You can drive by car up to the hall complex. Jaarbeurs is well signposted on the Utrecht ring road. The signs will lead you to the parking facilities at P2, P4 and P6 of Jaarbeurs.

The parking rate is €4.40 per hour (P2, P4 and P6).
The daily rate (from 0:01 am to 11:59 pm) for P2, P4 and P6 is €28 on site.

Book a day ticket before your visit and save €4.
Avoid queues and reserve a day ticket online in advance. Enter your license plate number and drive in and out contactless. The day rate is date-based.

Everyone is welcome tothe NOTand we strive to ensure thatthe NOTaccessible to all! 

All conference and meeting rooms and facilities such as checkrooms and restrooms are accessible by elevator or escalator and all are wheelchair accessible. Separate toilet facilities are available for disabled visitors.

Disabled toilets Jaarbeurs
In the Beatrix Building, the disabled toilet is located on the first floor opposite the checkroom, on the 2nd floor and on the 4th floor. You can pick up the key at the reception desk. 

At the Event & Exhibition Centre, there is a disabled toilet in each hall. In addition, there is also a disabled toilet in the main hall at Entrance East next to the pond. The disabled toilets are only open when an event is taking place. 

Disabled parking spaces
P4 has sufficient parking spaces for the disabled. You can park here on presentation of a disabled parking pass, provided the pass holder of the pass is present. It is not possible to reserve disabled parking spaces in advance. For disabled visitors, we want to emphasize that parking is not free, but at the regular parking rate. Read more

From P4 you can cross over bridge to the Entrance West of the Exhibition and Convention Building. We understand that accessibility is important for everyone. Therefore, we offer the option of using an elevator to go over the bridge. There is a phone number on the elevator that you can call to use the elevator. Please note that there may be a short wait before the elevator can be used.

If you need to be on time for an event at the Beatrix Building or a movie at the Kinepolis cinema, we recommend planning your visit well. Plan ample time to wait for the elevator to get to the event in a relaxed manner.

In addition, there are 4 disabled parking spaces along Mineur Avenue.
