Government launches online platform Learning Overview
To guide working people and job seekers through the more than 70,000 courses in the Netherlands, the central government developed the new online platform Leeroverzicht. Also in the field of technique and ict, you can quickly find a suitable training.
The platform claims to be the first independent overview in one place with the most complete offering. The website includes all training programs that allow you to obtain a legally recognized diploma or certificate, as well as training, courses and practical learning.
You will also find an answer to the question of how to pay for it. The Netherlands has no less than three hundred financial schemes to pay all or part of the cost of learning and development. In addition, there are links to agencies where employees, job seekers and employers can apply for such a scheme.
Furthermore, the site tells you where to seek career advice. That could be a Learning Resource Center near you or other organizations in this area.
