Core of education and child care
Didactics is at the heart of education and child care and relates to everything related to the professional actions of teachers and pedagogical staff. How do you, as a professional now and in the near future, convey knowledge and skills to children and adolescents in the best possible way? What are the latest insights on how the child and adolescent brain works? How do you deal with level differences? How do you keep your students and yourself motivated? How important is ownership? How do you improve the connection between education and training? How do you develop continuous learning lines?
Sectors in motion
The child care and education sectors are in tremendous flux. At the same time, staff shortages constantly hang over these sectors like the sword of Damocles. Can we deliver (even) better quality with fewer people? Can we organize our work differently in certain areas? And how do we keep working on our own professionalism in these hectic times?
