No, downloading and using the app is free.
Your online profile
Within the NOT event platform, you have your own profile. Your profile is visible to other registered visitors, participating exhibitors and session providers. This visible profile is filled with your name, job type and company where you work, as provided during your registration to attend the event. In this way you can easily connect, network, initiate appointments and view online sessions (via livestreaming) before, during and after the event.
It is of course up to you whether you take the initiative, accept invitations from others and with whom you ultimately share your contact information (via connections and meetings). You can at any time add to, edit or delete your profile/account in the settings.
Registration and/or participation sessions
You can register for seminars, presentations and/or workshops free of charge via the NOT platform by 'adding to my calendar'. If you register to participate in a session or you watch it online (via a livestreaming, for example) (if available), Jaarbeurs shares your full profile (such as your name, position, e-mail address and telephone number) with the provider of the session in question. If you, do not register for a session, but (if available) watch the livestreaming online or during your visit to Jaarbeurs still decide to attend the session live, whereby you have your badge scanned by the provider/exhibitor of the session in question, your registration details are shared with them.
Consent to be contacted by provider
Thus, if you register for one or more sessions, watch the session online via livestreaming (if available) or have your badge scanned at the session during your visit, you give your permission to be contacted by the provider of this session for more information about its products and/or services. You can revoke your consent at any time with the provider concerned.
