Preparing for NOT 2025

Online kick-off NOT 2025

Especially for our exhibitors, we kicked off NOT on November 14, 2024 with an online kick-off, live from the Jaarbeurs Studio. Account Manager Christel van Wijk, Fair Manager Audrey Wilschut and Brand Marketer Sander Boonzaaijer shared practical tips, inspiration and smart strategies. Together we will make it an un(der)wise party from January 21-25, 2025!

Tips & Tricks for you as an exhibitor

1. Don't want to miss a deadline? Within MyJaarbeurs you will find a clear and personalized checklist where you can find all the information and tasks that need to be completed before the first day of the fair.

2. Need personal contact with the fair team? In MyJaarbeurs you can schedule an appointment with one of our specialists. You can indicate what your question is about. This way we make sure that you immediately speak to the right person at a pre-scheduled time and date.

3. As a contact person, you will be the first person from your company to be invited to our event platform. Thereby you have the possibility to create a team. By inviting your colleagues immediately, they can start networking right away. This is very important if you want to take full advantage of all possibilities within the event platform.

4. To receive the best recommendations on who to meet and increase the chances of people accepting your appointment requests, one element is absolutely crucial: complete your profile!

Add a profile picture, complete the summary and select your preferences from the event-specific questions.

5. Besides networking with already registered visitors, it is of course also possible to invite your own relations to the fair using a unique registration link. This can be found in MyJaarbeurs. By using the unique registration link you can easily find out which contacts you can expect at the trade show. In the network platform (see point 4) you can then schedule appointments with your business contacts.

6. One of the main reasons many exhibitors participate in a trade show is to generate leads. It is important to follow up retrieved leads prior, during and after trade show as soon as possible. Prior to the trade show, discuss with your team what your goal is and how leads will be followed up. This speeds up the process after the trade show.
